He was open and up front with the warranty being voided based on some of the components being replaced. Chris communicated when the phone would be ready and I was able to have it back in full working order in less than 24 hrs. They can do same day repair too in some cases, I just got there right at closing when I dropped off.

Been to this shop a few times, and the Naperville shop, seems to be screens for me... most recently have delt with Chris, with a broken screen about 4-5 weeks ago, and a dislocated charging port today...just great service, always gets me back in business within a couple hours, the charging port while i waited, which I really appreciated...Chris and the Oswego shop are my #1 go to, for my cell phone issues...
